Jim Kligman

Jim Klingman will tell you he is a functional potter working in porcelain. However, he has done much more to enhance the Arts in Greeley. He received his BA from UNC and continued into graduate school at Loretto Heights College. He has owned and operated a full time clay studio since 1979. Jim has served as President for the Madison and Main Cooperative, Vice Chair of the American Association of University Women Art Mart in the early 1990s, and as a member of the Arts Alive Board of Directors.

Additionally, he has served on the Advisory board for the UNC College of Visual and Performing Arts. His community involvement also includes serving with the Greeley Art Commission for 18 years and the Greeley Arts Legacy Board. Jim currently has galleries in five locales and has been invited to over fifty selected exhibitions throughout the country.
